We take your privacy seriously and have implemented extensive measures to protect your personal information. This privacy notice is an integral part of our Terms of Service, and it outlines our privacy practices in relation to the URCool application.

About the Application
The URCool application offers users an array of tools to design and create their own AI avatars and digital images, all within the framework of our comprehensive Terms of Service agreement.
The Way of AI Magic Avatars Works
Our app uses a Neural Network Model to create personalized Magic Avatars for users. Although we try to moderate the model's parameters, it is possible that some content may be inappropriate.
By using our app, you agree that we provide you with tools to edit and adjust your photos and videos, and to generate new content from them, such as with our Magic Avatars feature.
The Flow of the Avatars Training
Our AI Avatar Maker application offers a personalized experience to users. The first step is for the user to upload 1-20 photos and select their gender. Using this information, a new version of the Neural Network Model is retrained to create a unique and personalized model. Once the model is created, it generates Avatars that are unique to the user. Once the Avatars are generated, all uploaded photos are permanently deleted from our servers. We have implemented certain restrictions on the use of Avatars, such as prohibiting the use of nude photos or photos of others without their consent. We want to assure you that we do not use your personal data to generally train or create other artificial intelligence products.
How Do We Store the Photos I Upload to Your server?
We don’t collect any facial data from users. Instead, it uses their own images to generate unique and personalized AI artistic avatar images. All uploaded images are automatically deleted within 24 hours, and the trained AI model and avatar images are kept for 30 days for the user's convenience. After 30 days, the images and model are not retained or stored anywhere, and are not shared with any third party or entity. They are made only for the purpose of the app.
What Types of Personal Information Do We Collect and Why?
You are not legally required to provide us with personal information. If you choose not to provide us with the requested information, please do not download or use the Application and/or Services. You can remove the Application from your device at any time.
When you download the Application, we will require access to your device's camera, photos, personal information, contact information, and technical information (collectively, "Your Data") to provide you with the Services.
We do not save Your Data on our servers. However, we do save your output images for you to use the Services. We do not share such thumbnails with third parties unless required by applicable law or the Apple Terms and Conditions.
When you use a mobile device to access our App, some of the details about your device are reported, including device identifiers. Device identifiers are small data files stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device. Device identifiers enable generalized reporting or personalized content and ads by third parties.
We also collect traffic data of your activities, including your IP addresses, device type, mobile carrier, duration of session, operating system information, session durations, log files, tracking pixel information, viewed screens, app version, and additional analytical data for which we use Google Firebase, our cloud-based product-analytics platforms. Information provided automatically to advertising or analytics tools does not generally come under our control, and therefore we cannot be responsible for processing such information.
Some services may engage in personal data profiling and obtain information about your personality and/or device using technologies that do not belong to our scope of responsibility. We use personal information related to you to provide, manage, and enhance the Application and Services, including by addressing your requests, improving the Application and Services, preventing harm to the Application and Services, protecting them from legal action, and complying with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
How Do We Share Personal Information?
At our company, protecting your personal information is our top priority. We want you to feel confident in our commitment to safeguarding your data. That's why we want to assure you that we do not sell, rent, or lease any personal information related to you to any third party.
We may share some of your personal information with our service providers and other third parties, but only as necessary to fulfill the collecting purposes and provide you with the services you need. For instance, we use our service providers to manage the transmission of our push notifications, host the application's files and data, and provide us with usage analytics. These service providers have their privacy notices that they abide by, but we make every effort to ensure that such service providers hold and maintain proper privacy notices.
Please note that while integrating external services, we choose third parties that can assure they apply all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect user personal data. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted from us to any such third party, and we are not responsible for any accidental loss or unauthorized access to your personal data through a fault of third parties.
We will only report or share personal information related to you if we (i) believe that such personal information is illegal or abusive or violates any third-party rights; (ii) are legally required to do so by a government or regulatory authority; or, (iii) enforce contractual terms concerning the application and services.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or any other structural change, we may need to transfer personal information related to you to another entity, provided that the receiving entity will follow this privacy notice. We take your privacy seriously and will continue to do everything we can to protect your personal information.

What Are Your Choices?
To opt-out of subscription push notifications, go to the unsubscribe option in the Application settings. You can also opt-out of us collecting non-essential traffic data through your settings within the Application.
To opt-out of third-party service providers using your interests to personalize ads, select the "Limit Ad Tracking" option on your iOS device in Settings/Privacy/Advertising. Please note that if you opt-out of certain interest-based advertising, you may still receive contextual ads based on other non-personal information, such as ads related to the content of other digital products you are using.

How Can You Access and Modify Personal Information?
Note that we do not store personal information related to you on our servers.
If you need to access personal information related to you that is stored on our cloud-based product-analytics service providers' servers, please contact us at support@urcool.cc and request our assistance. We may ask you to provide us with certain credentials or details to verify your identity.
If you find that personal information related to you is inaccurate, incomplete, or not up to date, please let us know and provide us with the necessary information to correct or delete it. We will consider your request in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
If necessary, we will address our cloud-based product-analytics service providers or other relevant service providers on your behalf to fulfill your rights.
How Long Do We Keep Personal Information?
We do not store personal information related to you on our servers.
Personal information is kept by our cloud-based product-analytics service providers for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, unless otherwise required under applicable law.
If we retain personal information related to you for any legitimate business purpose other than to operate the Application or provide the Services, we will make efforts to limit the access to such personal information and the retention time to a minimum.
Note that we can keep aggregated non-identifiable data without limitation.
How Do We Keep Personal Information Secured?
We take information security seriously and have implemented measures, including internal policies and procedures, to protect your personal information and minimize the risk of theft, damage, loss, or unauthorized access.
Our measures provide sound industry-standard security protection. However, while we make efforts to protect your privacy, we cannot guarantee that our Application or Services will be immune from any wrongdoing, malfunctions, unlawful access, or other kinds of abuse and misuse.
Where Do We Store and Process Personal Information?
We don't store your personal information on our servers, but we use cloud-based product-analytics providers like AppsFlyer, and Google Firebase to help us improve our services. These providers store analytical data in the United States, and we may transfer your personal information to them in a secure manner and in compliance with applicable laws.
We may also transfer your information across borders and to other countries or jurisdictions where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
By using our app, you consent to the transfer of your personal information.
How we Change This Privacy Notice?
We may update our privacy notice from time to time with proper notice. We will post these changes to this Privacy Policy and other appropriate locations. We may also provide additional notice of modifications or updates as appropriate under the circumstances.
Until the amended privacy notice becomes effective, you may choose not to accept it and terminate your use of the Application and Services. If you continue to use the Application and Services after the amended privacy notice becomes effective, you express your agreement to the amended privacy notice.
However, if we need to adopt an amended privacy notice due to legal requirements, the amended privacy notice will become effective as soon as required by law.
